They say location is everything, And that i'd have to agree here. The place itself is in desperate need of the overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, plus the location was awesome, but it surely's just about the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I don't mean to complain too much, but basically the windows were being all really in need of replacement, as have been the doors, the trim, much of your household furniture, and so forth.

3 Assets experienced great location on beach, very private ! The house by itself was outdated...very out-of-date, couches, chairs, beds, all aged and uncomfortable! Outdated glass table with uncomfortable chairs, I was scared to death the whole time one of the kids was gonna break it or something, did not look like it'd take much for it to fall aparpressure, we are clean but had no pressure, outside spicket did not work so could use it to wash feet off after being around the beach, before you arrived inside.
